Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

The operator and data controller of PlayPadel is WOWCARRY LTD, a company registered in England and Wales, at 71-75 Shelton Street, London, Greater London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. For any questions about personal data, write to [email protected].

This Policy covers the playpadel.uz website, the booking.playpadel.uz booking service and the PlayPadel mobile app on Google Play: the app talks to the same servers and processes the same categories of data as the website.

2. What data we collect

Account data: name, email address, phone number (in international format), skill level, profile photo, optional profile details (city, sports, playing hand, bio), interface language and notification preferences. Your password is stored only as a cryptographic hash (bcrypt) — we never see or store it in plain text. Your player profile (name, photo, skill level, city) is shown in the public player directory and ratings by default; you can turn this off in your profile settings, and your email and phone number are never shown publicly.

Google sign-in: when you sign in with Google we receive the name, email address and profile photo of your Google account. We have no access to your emails, contacts or other Google data. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements: we use it only to provide the sign-in feature.

Telegram: when you link a Telegram account or sign in via Telegram — the chat ID, name and username, profile photo and the phone number you confirmed.

Bookings: booking history (club, court, date and time), booking contact details — name and phone number, including for guest bookings without an account — participants and payment status.

Payments: transaction metadata only — identifiers, amount, status and payment method. We never see or store bank card numbers or other card details: online payments are processed by Payme and Click, licensed payment services of Uzbekistan that act as independent operators of your payment data.

Content you publish: game posts, in-game chat messages, reviews and ratings of clubs and coaches, photos you upload (such as your profile photo).

Technical data: cookies (see section 4), IP address, browser and device information, server access logs.

3. How we use data

Providing the service: court bookings, online payments, player matchmaking and game line-ups, profiles, ratings and coach schedules.

Notifications: confirmations, changes and reminders about bookings and games — via our Telegram bot and by email. You can manage notification and mailing preferences in your profile, and unsubscribe from emails via the link in each email.

Service improvement: analyzing how the platform is used and diagnosing errors.

Security: preventing abuse and fraud, rate limiting, protecting accounts.

We do not sell personal data and do not share it with third parties for their advertising.

4. Cookies and analytics

Strictly necessary cookies: the padel-session sign-in cookie (14-day lifetime), your language choice, theme, your cookie-banner decision (stored for 1 year), and technical identifiers for guest bookings and the home-page mini-game.

Analytics: we may use Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager. Analytics cookies are set only after you consent in the cookie banner (Google Consent Mode v2), and the IP address is anonymized. Declining analytics does not limit the service. Marketing (advertising) cookies are not currently used; consent for them can also be managed in the cookie banner.

The site is served through the Cloudflare network (attack protection and content delivery); Cloudflare processes technical connection data, including the IP address.

5. Who we share data with

The Payme and Click payment services — to process booking payments. They receive the amount and transaction attributes and process your card data entirely on their side.

Telegram — for Telegram sign-in and for notifications via our bot.

Google — for Google sign-in, and when Google analytics runs (only after your consent, see section 4).

Resend — the email delivery service (confirmations, password resets, notifications and digests).

Yandex Maps — the map on club pages loads from Yandex servers, which process technical data, including the IP address.

Clubs and their managers see the contact details of your booking (name and phone number) — this is required to host you at the court.

We may disclose data where required by the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan. We never sell personal data.

6. Storage and security

Data is stored on a server in Tashkent (Uzbekistan), in line with the personal-data localization requirement of ZRU-547.

Connections are protected with HTTPS/TLS, passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes, club merchant payment credentials are stored encrypted, and access to data is restricted.

No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards.

7. Retention

Account data is kept while your account is active, or until you request deletion. A sign-in session lasts 14 days.

Booking and payment records are kept for as long as needed for accounting, dispute resolution and legal requirements.

8. Your rights

You may request access to your personal data, its correction or deletion. Your name, photo, phone number, skill level and notification settings can be changed directly in your profile.

To exercise these rights, write to [email protected]. On request we will delete your account and the personal data linked to it, except information we are required to keep by law (for example, payment records).

9. Children

The service is intended for adults (18 years and older) and is not directed at children or minors. We do not knowingly collect the personal data of minors. If you believe a minor has provided us their data, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Mobile app

This Policy fully applies to the PlayPadel mobile app. The app uses the same server interfaces as the website and processes the same categories of data. The app contains no third-party advertising or analytics SDKs.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy. The current version is always published on this page with its effective date; we will announce material changes on the site.
